Toxic and Combustible Gas Detection System

Complete line of sensors and controllers used with ventilation systems to prevent the dangerous accumulation of toxic and combustible gases, including carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, methane, hydrogen, ammonia, refrigerant cases, carbon dioxide, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and many more.

Stairwell Pressurization System

In the event of fire, evacuating high-rise buildings may take up to two hours. This is the reason why there is a need for an effective smoke control in building stairwells.

Chilled Water Bypass Control System

Required for any chilled water/evaporator, hot water/condenser (heating load) and source water side (geothermal, cooling water or closed circuit cooler) with variable pumping. Bypass must be piped in such a way that the temperature and differential pressure sensors are still sensing active flow.

LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM

Meticulous monitoring of flow of water as it passes through pipes, effectively shutting off water flow when a leak is noticed and alerting system operator to avert further loss or damage.

Indoor Air Quality System

Solutions to maintain air quality within and around building and structures, especially as it relates to the health and comfort of building occupants.

Building Energy Saving Solutions

HVAC systems consume approximately 40% of all the energy used in buildings. Our complete line of energy-saving field devices and solutions optimize the parameters of indoor comfort and substantially reduce energy consumption while helping protect the environment in a more sustainable manner.

HVAC Retrofit Solutions

By infusing new technology into an older HVAC system, retrofitting can be the better solution to improving the system's efficiency and performance. This is a cost-effective option instead of fully replacing the system.

HVAC Operations and Maintenance (O&M)

HVAC operations and maintenance (O&M) refers to the processes and practices used to ensure that heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems function optimally and reliably throughout their lifespan. This involves regular maintenance, inspections, and addressing any issues that may arise to maintain comfort, energy efficiency, and system longevity.
